education savings program for eligible children who were placed in                                                              
out-of-home care by the state; and providing for confidentiality of                                                             
identifying information of a beneficiary under the program" was                                                                 
enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief                                                              
Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office
